How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from our UK base in Northampton. For large systems like MRI scanners or LN2 biobanks, we coordinate white-glove delivery, installation logistics, and site planning as part of the service.
Can you provide a formal quote for procurement?
Absolutely. We're set up for institutional procurement — NHS trusts, universities, research councils, and private labs. Send us your requirements and we'll prepare a formal quotation with full specifications, delivery terms, and VAT breakdown.
Are your products CE/UKCA marked?
Regulatory status depends on the specific product. Our medical devices (MRI, X-ray) carry CE marking; industrial and laboratory equipment is certified to the relevant directives. We can send full compliance documentation on request.
Do you offer installation and training?
For large-format systems (MRI, cryogenic storage, stability chambers) we coordinate manufacturer installation and operator training as part of the purchase. Benchtop equipment typically ships with full documentation; we're happy to arrange training on request.
What about warranty and after-sales support?
All products include the manufacturer's full warranty. We act as your point of contact for warranty claims, parts, and servicing — no chasing overseas suppliers. Extended support contracts are available for major systems.
