At SXR Lab Equipment LTD, we supply and deliver laboratory equipment, medical devices, robotics systems, industrial machinery, and research equipment across the United Kingdom, all 27 European Union member states, the United States, and Canada.

Delivery methods vary depending on product size, value, installation requirements, and destination.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders require a processing and dispatch period of 7–14 business days before shipment.

This timeframe allows us to:

• Source and verify inventory from approved manufacturers

• Conduct quality assurance checks where applicable

• Prepare specialist packaging and freight arrangements

• Complete export, customs, and compliance procedures where required

Certain products, including MRI scanners, X-ray systems, industrial machinery, robotics platforms, and custom-built equipment, may require additional lead times. Customers will be notified if extended processing is required.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Freight & Specialist Deliveries

Large or high-value equipment may require:

Tracking Information

Delivery Address Requirements

Commercial delivery addresses are recommended for large laboratory, medical, and industrial equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable site access, unloading facilities, and receiving arrangements prior to delivery.

Additional charges may apply where redelivery or specialist access equipment is required.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.

Any damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

We will work with our carriers and suppliers to investigate and resolve claims as quickly as possible.
